Group and Internal User Setup
Select “Groups” from the menu on left
Click “+” button to create a new group
Determine whether a group is an Internal Technician
or External Technician - generally an outside vendor
Choose a name for the group
Invite users to the group. Provide a name, email address, and phone number.
New User will receive a text message with a temporary password.
Once new user has signed in, permissions must be assigned.
Set user permissions. Best practices are to only provide permissions to buildings and inventory types that are needed to perform their assigned tasks
Select layers and submit. Remember, users have no permissions until provided. Permissions can be given and revoked at any time
