We conduct hundreds of inspections annually, so we know what we're looking at!  Your local Fire Marshal and insurance companies in conjunction with the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) require, at minimum, an annual inspection of fire protection systems by qualified and licensed personnel.  A thorough inspection is outlined in the NFPA 25 guidelines and includes:

     • Walk-through of entire building

     • Visual  inspection of all sprinkler heads from floor level

     • Gauges examined to ensure correct readings

     • All water-flow alarms tested

     • Trip test dry system valves

     • Antifreeze levels checked where in use

     • 2 inch main drain test

A sprinkler inspection is more than simply tagging your system. Our inspectors thoroughly inspect your system to ensure that it is working properly and is in compliance with NFPA 25 fire code.  We provide necessary documentation for you to demonstrate compliance to local and state officials and your insurance provider.

We inspect all types of sprinkler systems; wet, dry, and preaction, as well as fire pump flow testing, back flow preventer testing, and special hazard suppression systems.  We can also inspect your Fire Extinguishers  Emergency Lighting, & Backflow Preventers at the same time we perform you annual sprinkler inspection.

Having a complete inspection preformed on your system is critical for both compliance and your safety!  If you would like to schedule an inspection or have questions about your current Inspection company, please contact us at 423-282-6627
